Funding Process
Please note:
  • Accountability Reports are due by 31 August of the year after funding; prior to a new grant application being assessed.
  • Most CCF Grants given are between $1,500 - $10,000.
  • If your organisation has received three years of funding from us, then there is a possibility your application may not be considered.
  • Applications received may be considered under The Tindall Foundation criteria supporting Family/Whanau and Community .

    Grant Application Process

    1st SeptemberGrant application round opens.
    30th SeptemberGrant application round closes.
    OctoberGrant applications are checked to ensure they meet criteria. Applications that meet criteria proceed to the next stage. Those that do not meet criteria are declined and advised by email.
    CGF Board Grant Subcommittee members may contact applicant organisations to arrange an evaluation visit. Evaluation meeting takes place and CGF member writes report and recommendations.
    CGF Board Grant Subcommittee meet to discuss reports and agree on recommendations for Grant Funding.
    Late OctoberCGF Board Grant Subcommittee recommendations for Grant Funding presented to the CGF Board for final review and decision.
    Grant application outcome letters sent out to successful applicants.
    NovemberGrants are paid out via internet banking and receipts requested.
